orders placed using our online store are subject to confirmation and acceptance diva bride. diva bride reserves the right to vary prices in the event of incorrect pricing or change in pricing. in the case of a price increase, we will contact you via email. at this time you will have the option of continuing with your order, or alternatively cancelling your order. this decision must be made within 5 business days of the price increase notification
diva brides online store has a built-in, automatic inventory program. however, please note that at times stock in our posession can vary to what is shown both on-screen and in our inventory. if a product you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you via email. at this time you will have the option of continuing with your order or alternatively cancelling your order. this decision must be made within 5 business days of the price increase notification

diva bride makes purchasing online easy. we offer various, easy-to-use methods of payment inlcuding visa card, mastercard, direct deposit and cheque. please note, that orders cannot be processed or shipped, until payment has been received and cleared
shipping
despatching (shipping) of orders occurs on monday and wednesday. should you require an urgent delivery, which requires shipment outside of these days, be sure to contact us at time of placing your order. subsequently a small fee may apply
although diva bride has no set minimum order requirements, some of our suppliers may have. you will find some products might have a minimum requirement so please be sure to check the details of each item upon adding them to your shopping cart
to keep costs down, many of our products are sent directly from the supplier. when you order multiple items from our website, you might infact be ordering from different suppliers
products shipped directly from diva bride, are done so using australia post e-parcel. this is a door to door delivery (courier-style) service, and someone will be required to be home to accept, and sign for delivery
the average turn around time for delivery is 7-14 days, dependant on products ordered. although in many cases, shipping can occur within a few days. please be sure to check the details of each item upon adding them to your shopping cart for any special circumstances (ie many personalised products have a longer shipping time). should you require urgent delivery, please make a note on your order form when going through checkout
diva bride makes every effort to deliver within the timeframes requested and stipulated. however, diva bride will not be held liable for delays in delivery or orders which may be lost in transit
tracking of your order
upon despatchment of your order, you will receive an email from diva bride, containing a track and trace consignment number. these details can be used to track your order through the australia post website
changes to orders
you may modify or cancel your order if your request is received by diva bride before the order has been processed (typically 11.00am EST the next business day). once your order has been processed, a $10.00 processing fee will be charged for any cancellations or changes
faulty products
should you receive any product which is manufacturer defective we will immediately exchange the unusable product for you without charge. please ensure it is returned with a 'product return form' and all original packaging, within 7 days of purchase
product returns and exchanges
please be aware that all returns or exchanges are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. unfortunately items which are perishable or in non-resalable condition ie film products (cameras), food products, rose petals, embroidered, engraved or otherwise personalised items, may not be returned or exchanged
