  • what is the minium order requirement?
    although diva bride has no set minimum order requirements, some of our suppliers may have. you will find some products might have a minimum requirement so please be sure to check the details of each item upon adding them to your shopping cart


  • will gst be added to my costs?
    no. you won't find any nasty surprises when you get to our checkout. diva bride has already included GST in all our pricing


  • what payment options are available through your online wedding store?
    diva bride makes purchasing easy, by offering various methods of payment. we accept visa card, mastercard, direct deposit and cheque. please note though, that goods cannot be shipped until we have received payment for all orders placed


  • how long does delivery take?
    the average turn around time is 7-14 days, depending on the products ordered. although in many cases, shipping can occur within a few days. please be sure to check the details of each item upon adding them to your shopping cart. should you require urgent delivery, please make a note on your order form when going through checkout


  • what if i need to change my order?
    you may modify or cancel your order if your request is received by diva bride before the order has been processed (typically 11.00am EST the next business day). once your order has been processed, a $10.00 processing fee will be charged for any cancellations or changes. unfortunately items which are perishable or in non-resalable condition ie film products (cameras), food products, rose petals, embroidered, engraved or otherwise personalised items, may not be returned or exchanged


  • why have some of my products turned up separately from others?
    to keep costs down, many of our products are sent directly from the supplier. when you order multiple items from our website, you might infact be ordering from different supplies


  • it looked great online, but it doesn't meet my expectations
    if any product purchased from diva bride does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us unopened within seven (7) days of receipt for a store credit. please be aware that all returns or exchanges are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee


  • the product i bought is faulty, what do i do?
    should you receive any product which is manufacturer defective we will immediately exchange the unusable product for you without charge
